Project details

The challenge was to build a new, effective solution to streamline the legislative process (authorization, voting, counting, and displaying MPs' votes). At the same time, it was necessary to minimize the risk of losing essential data and improve the circulation of documents. The new system had to be fully integrated with FAMOC.

Of course, the critical condition was the system's security, efficiency, and reliability. We had to make every effort to ensure that the system was protected against any hacker attacks. At the same time, the system's operation had to be intuitive so that its implementation did not require many months of training for users.

Solution & results

We have created and implemented the "iVOT" system that met all our client's expectations. The system has improved the institution's work and, at the same time, it is safe and user-friendly. The system consists of many modules, the most important of which are:

document module - all documents are in electronic form

security module and statistics collections: The authorization and operation of the iVOT voting system are based on the FAMOC system and the Application Authentication Manager for the FAMOC component. Access to the iVOT system is protected with passwords.The result of our work is a functional system that facilitates the work of one of the most important state institutions in the country. It provides a high level of security and intuitive use.
